A former language teacher in the New York City High School (French, Italian, Spanish), Aida can plug into the city's diverse ethnicity with a special flair and nuance.

She has traveled extensively and discovered that there isn't a cuisine she doesn't like!

Aida loves to cook and has taken several cooking classes in Italy as well as in the States.  In addition to experimenting with her culinary pursuits, other interests include the opera, theater, movies and reading murder mysteries. She is also an avid photographer.
