Etruscan Coast of Tuscany
Method of payment: Upon submission of the registration form, only checks will be accepted, and are subject to a $50 fee if not cleared. Travel documentation will be issued once final payment has been cleared for payment.
Cancellation and refunds: A $1000 per person deposit is required to reserve a space on the TUSCANY tour. If you cancel your reservation on or before 3/15/06, there will be a $500 per person cancellation penalty; the balance of your deposit will be refunded to you. Full payment is due by 3/15/06. There will be no refunds due to cancellation or unused portion of the tour after the 3/15/06 deadline.
This tour has been based on a group rate of 14 people. All quotations are based on the rate of exchange, US dollars vs. Euros, at the time of this printing and subject to change due to fluctuation of the exchange rate.
Savory Sojourns reserves the right to cancel the tour if response is not sufficient and provide you with a full refund of your payment. Participants will be notified a minimum of 30 days prior to the scheduled departure and all monies paid for those services will be refunded in full. Savory Sojourns will not be held responsible for any other cost associated with its cancellation, including and not limited to costs associated with airline reservations/ticketing or alternate arrangements.
In the event of changes in the itinerary, Savory Sojourns intends to provide comparable events if such circumstances should arise.
Travel Documents: It is the participant’s responsibility to make sure that travel documents, passports/visas, are in order. Failure to have necessary documentation at the time of travel will not be a valid reason for exemption from cancellation penalties or inability to use of services in their entirety. Any portion of services not utilized is not eligible for refund or exchanges.
Meals and beverages: All meals and wine included are as specified and per choices previously arranged by Savory Sojourns. Any additional items ordered a–la-carte or outside the previously arranged menus and drinks selections, are at the cost of the passenger. It will not be possible to accommodate special meal requests for either health or religious reasons.
Hotel taxes and service charges: Hotel taxes and related service charges are included. Not included are tips, in-room consumption, telephone charges and any other charges of a personal nature.
Insurance: We highly recommend the purchase of travel protection to protect you and your investment. You may contact Travelex Insurance Services at (800) 228-9792 if you have questions or need assistance. We also recommend that you have insurance coverage in case of a medical emergency or loss of personal property. Savory Sojourns is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of luggage or personal belongings.
Responsibility: Transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurants, cooking facilities, retail stores and any other services offered are all services arranged through Savory Sojourns, but rendered by independent contractors, not employees of Savory Sojourns. Savory Sojourns shall not be liable for any acts or omissions of said independent contractors, or their employees or agents, which may result in injury, damage or loss.
Arbitration: In the event of a dispute or claims between a client and Savory Sojourns, it is to be resolved by binding arbitration in New York, NY in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
